Sound Healing Journeys in Gdańsk – Reflections from an International Student Group

In May 2025, I had the pleasure of leading a 50-minute Sound Healing Journey in 432 Hz for a truly international group of students at the Sports University in Gdańsk, Poland.

It was a meaningful and heart-opening experience to share my voice and create a healing space for students from around the world. Their presence, openness, and the deep sense of connection we cultivated together made this session unforgettable.

What touched me most was the genuine and heartfelt feedback I received afterward. Hearing how each person experienced the journey—through their own cultural lens and personal energy—was both humbling and inspiring.

A big thank-you to Prof. Adam Jagiello-Rusilowski for organizing and supporting this special event.

🎥 In THIS VIDEO you'll hear reflections from:

Deniz Salman (Turkey), Ali Boumnadi (Morocco), Sherif Omar (Egypt), Alikhan Kassym (Kazakhstan), Sombir Bura (India)

And here are a few more impressions and voices from this beautiful group:

“I felt incredibly relaxed—and I loved that Willa sang in so many different languages. It made the journey feel rich, global, and deeply personal all at once.”

“I’ve been to various relaxation and meditation sessions before, but never one led by a singer. This Sound Healing Journey with Willa was by far the most powerful and moving experience I’ve ever had. I drifted into deep relaxation, even fell asleep for a moment—then woke up to her beautiful voice and didn’t want it to end.”

“I have ADHD and was a bit nervous about whether I could sit still for 50 minutes. But I was surprised by how naturally it happened. I didn’t feel the urge to move or check my phone—I just melted into the music. Willa’s voice helped me fully let go, and the 45 minutes flew by in what felt like seconds.”

“Hearing this music live and seeing Willa play the instruments in person made all the difference. It’s something completely different than just streaming chill or relaxation music on Spotify. You can feel the energy and presence in the room—it was so absorbing and emotional. It felt like being taken to another world”
