Resonance & Renewal - Sound Healing Workshop 🎶

Connection, breath, and sound —
a journey inward that brought light, laughter, and harmony to our souls. ✨💗

At the end of August 2025, I had the pleasure of giving a Sound Healing workshop for a group of wonderful women from the financial services company Corfactum, who were on a wellness retreat organized by their open-minded managing director.

What an amazing, heart-filled time we shared 🩷✨
It was such a joy to guide this workshop and witness everyone open up to sound, silence, and connection.

Together we explored:
💡 Heart-brain coherence, different brainwave states, and Masaru Emoto’s inspiring work with water 💧 — discovering how our thoughts and words shape who we are.

We practiced:
🧘‍♀️ Heart meditation, singing, breathwork, and shared an appreciation circle 🤲 — all in a magical place in nature by a gentle little stream 🍃

To complete this beautiful experience, I performed my 432 Hz Sound Healing Journey, which felt truly special 🌟🎶💗
